On a converted R reg Renault Master horsebox?

3.5 tonnes, white, 2.8 diesel, 1140 pay load, side load/rear facing, 129,900 miles, slight scuffs on the exterior but nothing worrying, just cosmetic.

Don't want to give any details of who owns it, buying or selling because of Ts & Cs.

The good
Horse space is fair, can take two 15hh Quarter horses easily, high headroom.
Partition can be pole or solid or taken out completely, length of standing area can be shortened/lengthened.
Original floor is still underneath covered by an aluminium floor covered by rubber matting.
Decent room in the back for tack etc.
Starts well, good strong clutch.
12 months MOT and 6 months tax.
Access from the horse area to the rear storage area as there is a door in to it so horses could be taken out through the rear if needed. Step down from back of van but no higher than on some continental trailers.
Kickback area behind the horses to stop hooves appearing whilst driving!

The bad
Lights don't work in the horse bit. It could just be a bit of wiring or a bulb has gone, could be worse, not sure.
Driver/passenger doors don't lock, back does. Could be sorted with a new lock system but costs.
Torn material on driver's seat, cosmetic but long.
Ramp is fine to put down and not too steep, but very heavy to lift up e.g. a not so strong person would find it difficult to lift but not impossible. Slightly sticky to shut but would probably be ok with use/WD40!
Horse have to take a step back to unload but fine for a well behaved horse.

Does anyone have an opinion on these vans in general? I know some people like them and some don, so feel free to raise points. Any questions, I'll try to answer. Thanks :)
