Just wondering if people would or indeed do use the services of an:
a. Equine Nutritionalist
b. Equine Herbalist
c. Equine Aromatherapist

Would you use their services at an Equestrian Therapy Centre and/or call them out to your yard?

Any other feedback in this area??? Thinking of doing some more training

Yes I used an equine aromatherapist for my horse on a monthly basis and she combined herbs and oils with massage. I bought some oils and it did nothing for my horse but he enjoyed the massage. The lady came to our yard and to be honest I think I only really continued because she was really nice. She really believed in what she did but I didn't notice any difference. Also she was pricey at £ 60 a pop and I don't think i'd pay that now.

- if I want some advice on anything for my horses, dogs and cats as well as for myself!! So I guess my answer is yes I would if there was one locally - I would think for aromatherapy you woyuld have to do yard visits - so could do other consultations whilst there.

Thanks, interesting as i thought aromatherapy oils should not be used as a massage treatment they are purely for inhalation or to be added to water for horses.....

Sorry should have clarified. She gave him a choice of herbs to inhale before he had a massage. Apparently he would choose what he needed
