A Myler comfort snaffle wide barrel in 5 1/2 inch. Any sort of cheek, as I fully intend to buy one if it works, just £60-70 is a very expensive 'trial' for it not to work.
My IDx eventer (when she is stressed) manages to snatch at her bit with her front molars, which makes her VERY hard to ride when she does it.
She does however like a jointed bit, and actually goes very well in the opposite type of bit (a waterford) out hunting.
I think a myler may be a good compromise in that it has limited (due to the barrel) joint mobility, so hopefully she can't get the bit far enough 'back' in her mough to grab at.
I would pay all postage, and keep for a fortnight or less as I think it will be easy to tell whether it is the bit for her.
Many thanks for reading, hope someone can help.
