Would there be demand for renting a small yard near Kenilworth?

We may have a small private yard coming up for rent or perhaps even sale in the future but I'm not familiar with the area and don't know whether it's particularly horsey or whether the demand would be there. Any thoughts from local people?

I would imagine yes there definately would be, from threads I have seen on here there is quite a high demand in Warwickshire area.

I trawled through all the posts on here but couldn't really see anything about demand for own place - requests seemed to be more about livery places. What you've said is encouraging though, thank you.

I think if the riding facilities are good, the demand is there. One yard near that area has a large waiting list and reserved stables and the facilities aren't amazing there (not terrible either though)

It would depend on how much land and facilities available and what you would be charging, but yes, very sought after area.

Definitely think there will be demand in the area given there are good facilities available and the rental price is in line with market value. Out of interest, what facilities does the yard have ?
