I would say yes - although more then likely you will be safe, if you had a fall it would be more difficult to find you, your horse now loose could end up on a road, etc.

I take it you are bored in the evenings, I will ask your teachers to give you more homework - probably double is a good start!

I would not risk it for all sorts of reasons...safety etc. I guess you are female too...never a good idea in the dark. It's a sad world out there with sad people in it.

I used to when I was young. I'd rather be sitting by the fire now!! Depends how sensible your ned is, and a full moon is good, as some visibility must help!
Last year I hacked home from hunting in the pitch dark, jumping ditches on the way! We did get a bit lost, though, and rode over someones bonfire. (Luckily it was out). That does prove it can be a bit dodgy, I suppose!

On a moonlit night and if you have a sensible horse, then I would. Better if you have someone you can go out with.

Actually a ride on a warm or frosty night is very nice with the moon overhead.

If your horse is not sensible, you don't know the track then don't do it.
