In honesty the leather looks to be quite cheap so theres a good possibility its not english in which case it most definately is not a bargain at that price!

I'd be more concerned about the quality of the tree in the saddle if you value your horse's back. Sorry

I would steer clear of that job lot. You can't see much in the pictures but the saddle looks a really cheaply made item. To get all that stuff for £180, plus the seller is making a profit, you will be gettig really cheaply made equipment. It would be much better for you to buy well made second hand items than new cheap stuff......it will serve you better & last longer.

I don't know alot about leather quality but how long can all that equipment last for £180? I'd steer clear.. its too cheap and you know what they say about being cheap and nasty.
