Hi everyone,

Just after some opinions. I finally got my hands on a joules tweed waistcoat that I'd wanted for at least a year a couple of months ago. I show my Shetland in hand. I have previously shown in a joules tweed waistcoat of another colour (everyone seems to have it)!
My new waistcoat is red, I love it but wondered what others thought of it. I'll attach some pictures...

Here is our current get up

And here's my new waistcoat

Sorry I haven't a clue why it's sideways!

And here's a photo of my pony

Red really suits him and myself (I now have my natural dark brown hair again rather than the vile blonde!)

We show at county level and the odd local. Mostly in coloured and mountain and moorland with Shetland classes occasionally as well.

So, what do you think?

Thanks everyone, I love it!
EKW - We mostly focus on coloured and mountain and moorland, we are much more successful in these classes. He's an awkward height for the Shetland classes, at 36inches he's too tall for the miniatures but is dwarfed in the standards. But I do understand where you're coming from. I showed my old Welsh A for a couple of years and it's a whole different ball game!

Wow I haven't seen these joules waistcoats before, they look fabulous and very smart in your pictures! I think I may just have a wee browse at them on the web....

Thanks everyone.
Mturnbull - they're lovely quality, both of mine are from eBay, my 'normal' coloured tweed is quite popular and set me back quite a bit. The red one I've not seen out and about before but took me a long time to come across on eBay but not so expensive!
