Would this be okay to feed to my horse?

My horse is an 18 year old 15.1hh Thoroughbred, I have only just got her and her previous owners told me she hasn't been in work for a long time, she has never been fed hard feed either, she has a big underbelly (probably from stood eating haylege all day), however her ribs are visible and she is very narrow on top with no muscle build on her top line whatsoever, to look at her from behind you can see the edge of her muscle down her hind legs, I don't really want to feed her anything containing too many calories as like I said she has quite a big barrel, but I want something that will condition her, especially with her age and current condition. I will be slowly bringing her into moderate work, I have already started schooling her, and wanted to know if feeding SPILLERS conditioning Fibre along with SPILLERS Senior Balancer would be an ideal diet for my girl? (she will also be turned out on grass through the day and on haylage at night) also the amount (I can only feed her once daily as I work full time) and if I should add any supplements?

Here are the links to the two feeds ...

Well she is kept at the same yard her previous owners had her on and on that yard they do all round worming and get all the horses wormed at the same time as she is on full livery so yes I think she was wormed 2 month back x
