Would this bit help with steering??

After taking Spider XC Sunday, in the 2nd round she was really keen which was fine but steering was becoming difficult! The more she is schooled the better it would be.

But will this bit help??

At the moment she is in a jointed hanging cheek snaffle. Which is also what she is schooled in.

Also - Would I need the Fulmer leather loops with the full cheek snaffle?

Yes that would help. Used it on snoopy for a time when stirring was difficult when we first got him.

Yes, it would help. We refer to them as 'steering sticks'!

I use it with leather loops on my horse for steering and he's very manoverable in it indeede.

Ride my boy in one for flatwork & find it great but I have no brakes in it for xc so use a 3 ring

would defo help also have you tried a bit bur on the side that you have difficulty these are cheaper and very effective.
