yeah i think thats fair enough...at the end of the day, you wouldn't trust him now anyway even if he promised not to do anything i guess...i would defo make them feel guilty...try not to go mad but go along the lines of how upset you were to see this on facebook- you would have been happy to let him do more with harvey if he would have asked etc etc..... good luck!

In a word yes...... if it were me the agreement would be stopped because at the end of the day it will all end in tears one way or the other and when it does who is going to take responsibility. would they foot the bill if the horse is hurt, would they hold you responsible if the boy got hurt. I have stopped sharers sharing for a lot less!
