we actually have snow on the isle of wight first proper snow fall since bout 1986!!

wow i didn't know it had been that long! I have a friend who lives there who was complaining about the lack of snow to me the other day, i said i was sending him ours. So there ya go. Only we still managed to get another 10 inches or so too so i might have to send you some more

Yup same over here in Gosport.... been a while since we've had snow like this! Can't actually see the IOW out my work's window - always a sign of bad weather!
ETS Yes I'm one of the saddo's who drove into work.... only took 5 mins longer than a normal busy day but a lot more interesting. There were 6 buses amongst the abandoned cars on a local hill!
