Weve had heavy down pour here the last few days, the fields are water logged. They are sticking around the edges and munching away. The ones out are cobs, the foalies and finer ones are inside to let the field dry out a little bit.

Ive electric fencing around the edges but my young cob keeps walking through it! Its like he doesnt even feel the shock it gives him! The fencing is being repaired in the field but with the bad weather we are having it has stopped the work. Does anyone else have a horse that would just walk through it? The others wont go near it.

Bobs will walk through electric fencing if the mood takes him or the long grass is toooooooo tempting!

Once he gets the fence down he walks away, he doesnt go into the other field!!! Hes a strange boy lol

I've known quie a few that will go through it if they're rugged, I guess they don't feel such a sharp shock?

Hes not rugged, he sometimes walks down the fence with his side against it. Maybe he does get a thrill lol
