Would you feed these?

My mum knows an old lady with an apple tree.
The lady has given us a load of apples for my horse that fell off the trees, they all have like black rings on them, I think from worms?
Would you feed them to a horse?

I feed mine the apples off our tree if they are green then it should be ok. Not hurt them as it is, if they found them they would eat them.

If they have worms in then no! I would be concerned about the fruit beginning to ferment and causig colic!!

I feed mine apples that have fallen off the tree, just make sure they arnt completly manky and cut any of the bad bits off.

I have an apple tree and the horses eat them but I don't usually feed them once they have fallen off the tree or if the have worms in them. I don't know if you actually can but I don't.

Not if they have worm hole but I pick apples off our tree to give to my girl and only feed the good ones so end up throwing away over half, if they're just a bit bruised though I'd feed them

An occasional one, with the manky bits cut off and definitely no pips as they are poisonous.
