Hi
I have someone interested in coming to ride my horse as I am currently unable to..... she is 17 years old and had quite a bit of experience for her age (also I know someone who went to college with her)..... now my only concern is her age, as I believe I would be responsible for her if anything was to happen....
My pony really needs the exercise as he is 20 and needs the exercise and gets stiff as he is not doing as much as he used to.
She is bringing a parent to meet the pony..... would you insist on them providing insurance for both horse and rider and supply a waiver that releases me of any responsibility?
I know I sound quite cold how I have worded this, but I have not asked for any upkeep as I feel its more important that my pony gets exercised by the right person rather then getting money for it.
What would you do?
Thanks
