Better than the 1.5 acres for sale in Hants for £ 150k with no buildings, water, leccie, decent fencing etc etc.
Someone obviously having a punt hoping someone will take it.

Well all around has been bought by investors and there is a housing shortage with talk of huge development locally so who knows. I don't mind cos my lands in the middle of it aswell.

Thats just down the road from me. Seems to be the going rate round here. Theres a plot of 8 acres of just grazing next door but one to me and they want £150k and next door was sold a year ago for 160k but that has 5 stables on it. And a few villages away 4 acres and 2 stables sold for £85.
Stupid money.
