Would you pay £25 per week for diy livery in somerset

thanks again all, no chance of arena as the yard is not owned by me and owner is no longer horsey. I do actually have an arena myself down the road (literally 5 mins hack) but my horses would need to be shut off yard in field for people to use it which is fine in summer but in winter is an issue as I dont want them having a hooly round field while people jump in arena ! (yard with open field shelter joins arena) Therefore I havent offered use of arena - it def. couldnt be included in price as I dont want people in and out all day but may be available at small charge between August and December (when horses are on other field which they can be shut on)

I'm in Somerset (Nr Yeovil), and I normally charge £100 pcm.

We have well drained year round turnout (24/7 Summer and Daytime in winter), I will turnout and bring in\feed etc. as required for that as well.

I'm only a small private yard and I've been advertising my spare stable at that rate for almost 9 months now (since the last lady moved to Hampshire), had a couple of 'nearly' takers, who have changed their minds for valid reasons, but I've only had 5 or 6 calls in that time. A friend at Templecombe either seamed to attract nutters or no-one and has now decided to not bother with offering livery.

I know some people don't like private yards, but I wonder if that means the market is saturated in this area. 2 of the calls to me were people looking to bring multiple horses, so if you can take that you may have more joy.

Edited to say we have a 25x50m arena on site.

Thanks Shazzababs - woud have thought at 25 pw including turnout/bring in etc someone would have snapped your hand off for it !!
