these horses are too thin, or in poor condition (meaning do they look like not in a fit state for a horse)?

I would say they are on the poor side, and are obviously underweight, however the one in the last pic has a nice sized tummy!

trust me that is a grass belly under that fur is all rib!

oh and btw these are not my horses i have nothing to do with them at all!
 
I think that they all look on the skinny side and under weight. I am surprised though that there is not more poo in the field, looks like they are not looked after very well

I would say rather on the poor side, some look worse than others I would say.

They could all do with a good feed and some conidtion.
 
i would say yes, i can clearly see ribs and doesnt appear to be much arund the back end and hip bones projecting...belly cuold also be worms?

yup.

well do you think they are bad enough to be reported or not?
 
They are all looking poor, underweight, and some look wormy too. Whilst the end of the winter is usually the time when horses look at their worst, I would call the ILPH, or your local BHS Welfare Rep so that they can have a quiet look and a tactful word with the owners before they lose more condition.
Unless you know that their management is about to improve?
