"friends" of mine bought this 13hh welsh b mare about 3 years ago she had a whole host of problems including a bad back for which they considered retiring her. Now it seems her back has become an issue again which has resulted in her rearing and bucking with the daughter and basically they have decided now is the time to retire her. The pony is only 14.
They want to sell her as a companion but im trying to talk them out of it as i feel she will get passed around and its not fair on her atall. The kid loves this pony and i know it will break her heart to see her go. Would people take a pony like that on loan as a companion? Or should i erge them to keep her?
Help...?? Please
