Not much of a deterrent is it when my farrier charges £ 75 a set.

I find it incredible tbh that anybody would let an unqualified unregistered and no doubt uninsured person anywhere near their horses feet.

It's us as horse owners that need to put people like this out of business. Unfortunately some people put a set of cheap shoes above their horses welfare.
