I would like to hazard a guess that this has been photoshopped.....the horse looks far too close to the fence, and the colouring seems all wrong to me....

my horse jumps like that! will go in really deep then balloon over, its a baby thing, they soon get over it, my guess is horse went to stop then jumped olast minute over the horse eating XC fence!

Theyd have to be very good with photoshop... Its even got the shadow etc. Id say the horse is just young and still in the pingy stage!
