Wow saddle panels advice . . . .

I have bought a second hand Wow and the Flair panels feel very squidgy and soft to squeeze. Is this normal and correct or does it need pumping up some how ??

Advice please from you experts who already have Wow's.

They are not meant to be hard. I presume you are poking them with a finger?! Use your whole flat hand and they won't seem to soft. But the saddle should really be fitted to your horse. Somewhat defeats the purpose of the system if you don't!

Squeezing with all my fingers rather than poking.

Saddle fitting already booked in but having a good look at my new purchase !!

The panels are meant to feel soft - your fitter will explain. Mine have always felt "squidgy" and the saddle was fitted by two different fitters over time. Worry not!!
