Im having so much trouble with mine, had wow out themselves, my horse is still getting sore under the saddle, hoping to get them out next week, so fed up and feel like selling it.

I hope you get sorted ,I think it is awful when we spend a lot of money and do our best for our horse and something like this happens. If you had it fitted by a wow fitter and bought it new I would be very firm if they can't sort it out and say it is not fit for the purpose and get advice from trading standards.
We have been very pleased with ours but we have to have that awful H girth contraption which we hate and so does he, but we had many problems before buying a wow as he has low withers and saddles slip.
Good luck

I had trouble with my first WOW saddle but it was due to a saddle fitter who WOW no longer recommend who didn't fully understand how WOW saddles need to be fitted slightly differently from traditional saddles. David from WOW came out (he drove from Essex to Cheltenham just to sort my horse out!) and since then I haven't had any trouble at all. David actually designed the whole WOW concept so if you can get him, he is the best person to talk to. He spent nearly two hours with my horse getting everything sorted for me. I've now got a second WOW for my other horse and that has been fine too.

Just know your rights because some people have had problems with fitters and I don't want you to be spending more money. David did ours as well. I hope you get to be happy with it

they suit lots of horses, but not some. i loved mine, my mare really didn't, and i was lucky enough to get a full refund from a very good WOW fitter.
have heard nothing but good things about David, i would call him direct and explain the problems tbh.
very best of luck.

We used to have a WOW saddle, and unfortuantely i was never happy with it. Its used to slip to one side, dispite the fitter coming out on lots of occasions, and i always used to feel so unsecure on it, like i was just perched on the horse, and coupled with the slipping made for a very uncomfortable ride indeed. But i do think they are a good idea, and they look really nice! But just didnt suit me or my horse.

I had loads of problems with mine, but again it was fitter related.

David from wow came out to sort me out and even had to modify one of the saddles to suit my horse. Haven't had any problems since and he was very helpful.

Ive been lucky with all 3 of mine... but then we have a superb fitter.

As with any saddle, its only as good as the fitter...and it takes a good fitter to say its not working !
