I sent them the claim form and the invoices on Thursday, got the cheque today :D
No questions asked, perfect!!

Ive been with vertually all the insurance companies in the past and none of them have ever been so easy!

Isnt it nice to hear something positive about an insurance company!! x
 
I was with KBIS when my grey passed away. They were absolutly fab! Paid for all her treatment, investigations (even when nothing wrong was found!), and paid out for her value when she died even though she wasnt insured for LOU. Really, really good.
 
My friend's with KBIS, and although they did pay out on her claim, her horse hurt his neck and needed physio over the course of a year. Every time she sent them an invoice, they sent her ANOTHER claim form she had to get her vet to fill out for "continual claim" or something. By the 3rd form the vets were not very happy. Thought it was very stupid and time wasting, I've never had an insurance company do that. But hey, if they've got nothing better to do than file forms.....
 
I'm with kbis after hearing really good things about them. I haven't had to claim yet so don't know what they are like,but will say I have found them to be quite rude on the phone.it's like they can't really be bothered to talk to you and always make you feel like a numpty. Maybe it's just me tho being sensitive.
 
Im going through a claim with them at the moment and they are super quick to send out a cheque. Ive not made a claim before now, so just handed the continual claim form to my vets, who filled in for the next installment and i guess we will keep on doing that until the pony is sound again. I think the turn around was less than a week last time.

I dont mind that way, yes ive had 2 chqs so far but at least the bill is mounting!
