Well today two things happened.

1) We found Blu's blood lines that go back to the early 1600's.
2) A woman on the yard had one of those 'Horse Readers' to to the pony with a foggy background she was given.

We were told that Blu was a Dutch warmblood when we bought her, but after searching her lines a little on the internet, we found out she is infact a Thoroughbred/Conammara cross! So a few suprises there, with finding pictures of her mum & things.
She is related to the Race horse Hyperion, and can be traced back to 3 of the modern Thoroughbred stallions or something?! (Highflyer, Godolphin Arabia etc.) Really nice to look at and find out about!

And the Horse reader. My goodness it was absaloutly amazing. She only knew the pony's name, nothing else at all. Never even met him.
And you know what, everything she said fitted perfectly into place with him. It really was out of this world.

Has anyone else had any experiances with them?
We will be having one done for Blu definatly!

Im always a bit sceptical with horse readers! But if it works go for it!
I take it you didnt have blue vetted then? DAnish warmblood to ComamaraxTB is quite a difference hope u didnt buy her as a warmblood or id want my money back!

Yes, we did have her vetted for your information. And we did not buy her for what breed she was, so it makes no difference.
She does look quite warmbloody in some photos actually

Hm, well a so called horse reader (whom i did not employ, someone else on the yard had) Walked up to my mare and said 'HE is telling me that HE is a very happy BOY, and that your relationship is very stable' Ummm, if you dont know enough to tell its a MARE, then how can anything else be truthful?

But congrats on the bloodlines etc.
