Noticed they've stopped advertising in H & H, have they gone out of business or maybe just struggling a little in current climate?

Probably been on the forum and decided the HHO crowd are not going to be won over by an advert

I have had no problems with mine at all and the lady who does D's back is full of praise for them- i understand they do have poor customer service but i think a lot of it depends who is fitting the saddle!

QR-Generally it is not the saddle that people dont like it is their personal experience with a fitter or the company. If you actually look at the design and the saddles features then they are actually very good for the horse. Much better than any other saddle available. Thats because they were designed starting with the horse, its anatomy and movement. Compare this to many saddles that are designed on price and/or tradition, to the detriment of the horse
