Hello guys. Need some help. currently trying to finish my final piece of uni work which is an audit on prison prescribing. I am struggling on what to include in my discussion. I sort of know what to write but can't seem to word it right! argh so frustrating. I know there are people on here who are brighter than I am so any help greatly appreciated. Can PM exact information if required. I know its a long shot but worth a try.
