Writing an add?

I'm trying to write an add to go in a local tack shop anyone got any good ad writing tips, I'm getting writers block

Keep it plain and simple. State the facts, and don't be flowery.

why dont you tell us bits you want included in the add -and see if the adds we would write can give you some inspiration??

colt, part Cb make 15.2hh plus, has feet trimmed, wormed injections etc... lovely boy, would do well at anything. Handled and weaned. errr... 7 months and very friendly

Part bred CB colt, 7 months. To make 15.2hh +. Well handled and ready to go. Up to date with farrier, worming and vaccinations. Friendly nature, sure to excel in any sphere

Just consider what you would want to know if you were in the market to buy him. Also check other adverts on Horsemart or similar for youngsters & see how they have written theirs. Be honest, don't use abbreviations, that way your advert will be understood. Good Luck
