I have found someone perfect to share my horse. However, because of her job she works shifts. This means we will probably decide what days she would do to suit her job, as each week comes. This is fine by me, but I was just wondering how to add that into a bit of a loan agreement?

Duties of care, what to do in the event of an emergency i.e. who the vet is. Is she to be insured as a rider? They type of work load expecred etc :)

If just specifically the time bit... If charging a set rate I'd put in the notice that must be given for which days she is doing. Ie 24 hours notice that she can't do the horse. Or that the week is decided on x day of the week with sufficient notice/alternative arrangements provided if then unable to do a day
