i've got a mediumweight turnout on ebay and in the local papers at the mo, but got no interest. is it the wrong time of year to sell rugs? i bought it in dec just before the first lot of snow hit us, but it was a size too small as that's all the shop had. so i saved up after xmas and hve now bought him one that fits ready for next winter, hence the reason for now selling the other. its only been worn for 2 months and is good as new.

Hiya, lovely rug btw. I think though,to be honest, your starting bid is just too high to encourage buyers. In my experience of ebay, it is definately better to start the bidding at 99p and then put a reserve on if you're too nervous to chance it going for any less.

To put it in perspective,I bought a barely used Rambo T/O m/w rug 5'0 for the starting bid of what you have. People just want bagains on ebay.
