Has anyone purchased from this Company?

On the 07 Feb 2011 I made a purchase via their website. This was actioned via a secure payment method, etc and confirmation was given and I told that the items would be posted by ParcelForce 48.

On the 09 Feb 2011 the amount debited my account as per confirmation etc.

To date, I am still awaiting items!!!!!

I have on several ocassions sent emails to: info@24tack.com, called the following numbers: 01386 841248 / 01451 830332, also tried to get a fax to them. All of the above have had no response or no ring tone etc.

It is now getting increasingly annoying that nothing has been received and I am not getting answers!!

Has anyone else experienced problems like this with them?

Any help or advise would be great

I ordered a pair of gaiters from them ages ago. They arrived pretty promptly IIRC, but there was something wrong with them.

Took me ages to get hold of the company and I eventually pursuaded them to take them back and give me a refund but I won't deal with them again.

I hope you have success getting hold of them or your goods arrive soon. If the worst comes to the worst, you could call your credit card company & get their assistance.

I tried again all day yesterday and no luck!

Bought some lovely tredstep boots and gaiters from them

arrived next day no problems

Tredstep deal with the orders for any of their merchandise direct hence your products being received next day. I contacted them last week and they were ment to ring me back after trying to get hold of 24tack on my behalf.

Im still waiting for them to ring back too!
