has anyone had trouble with this site. I ordered a bit, they have taken money out my account and I have still received nothing. This was over 3 weeks ago. They haven't responded to any emails and their phone rings out.....

err yes. I had a bit on trial about 4 weeks ago & when I tried to contact them to get advice, no one replied to emails or answered the phone

Sent the trial bit back & bought from another company. I'd contact your card company if you still can't get hold of them & get your money back.
 
My mum has used them in the past with no problems and good quick service, I ordered 3 bits on trial yesterday so i hope they are still ok to use.
hope you get the problem sorted.
 
I am getting very concerned as I have sent 3 emails over the past few weeks. They have debited the hire amount out of my bank account, but i really don't them to take any more when I haven't received the bit!! They don't even have a voice mail facility on their phone!

the horsebitshop was shop4bits - now under new management. I have ordered several bits and have had great customer service. I think the girl is quite busy though as it has sometimes taken a couple of days to get a reply. I wouldn't worry

I ordered 1 on trail a few weeks back, got it through about 2 weeks later, have since sent it back as its to small and want bigger size. I have to emailed got and no replies!!
