Just found an ad on preloved for my yard and I know full well the facts are not right. What would you do? Keep quiet or mention it to YM?

YM has placed it. The price is not right, nor is info about stables, hay or straw.

I would say its not your place to tell her what she is advertising....unless the price is lower than what you pay and you wish to ask for the same rates.....

The info about price and stables would very quickly be discovered by any prospective livery on looking around and discussing payments. It's not nice but I'd do nothing, especially as you have your own issues to sort out x

Depends who placed the ad and what the error is - if its an error in grammer/contact I'd mention to YM/YO - otherwise maybe not.

my old YO advertised our yard differently aswell. we all used to laugh about it. i wouldnt say anything, you dont want to cause friction
