X-ray Price estimate?

I'm going to see if I can get Ned an X-ray on Thursday, can anyone tell me how much it will cost, roughly?

Also, how much is a microchip?

If brought out to yard, generally about £100 set up fee and then £10 per X-ray done

Mine were about £80 per horse, I had two horses done on the same day, 4 X-rays each.

Oops, just sent the Vet 10 emails...I thought it wasn't sending!!

Just had a D'oh! moment, I'd forgotten they had email! Hopefully they can tell me the price

If you ask your vets for an estimate they are obliged to give you one. We are always happy to give estimates as at least then there are no surprises. Hope all goes well.

Mmmm, hope this isnt what you have to pay, but had the vet out to x ray fronbt feet with nerve block to each foot and my bill was £600! Bit more than I expected but I guess thats what a lameness workup costs. That was for the vet to come out to me and x ray too.
