Has anyone had an xray done recently? And how much did it cost? Think we may need one done to find a tooth abcess

Ive had lots done, depends if they are coming out to you ie mobile or your going in. TBH depends on number of plates taken and what else they do! Vet should be able to quote you for the work though.

Usually there is a set up fee of around £30 - £40 and then around £20 per plate.

Just got a bill for £150 for two Xrays of Henrys pedal bones. Taken with the mobile machine. Included doping him up too.
