XC at Burghley

i can't get the video, and now can't even get on to the Burghley website. Please could some very very kind person let me know what's happening, who's had problems where, who's clear, etc? i will be eternally grateful. otherwise my shiny new laptop and broadband connection might get smashed with a hammer. ggggrrrrr. thankyou.

It took me 3times of restarting my computer and refreshing the page before I could get it to work!

Looks like the same streaming problems starting as last year. Alot of people I know signed up but then could not access it or the stream was sporadic and unwatchable. And we wrote and wrote and phoned and phoned and got a reply eventually that we would be refunded but that never happened. And this was after the "test for speed" came up 100%.
