xc course walk

How long do you normally allow to walk the course?

Dont think I've enough time between dr and sj and dont want to be rushing, thinking i'll have to walk before dr but need an idea of how long to allow.

I like to allow an hour, this is always plenty of time. I can run it in 20mins if really necessary (thats for novice/intermediate)

it normally, a PN course takes 30-40 mins... but definitely allow at least an hour
