XC courses for hire in/near Fife area?!

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good XC courses for hire in/near the Fife/edinburgh area? Tried Strathearn (been before - loved it), Kinnaird and Craigie but they're all to far away...

Anyone been to "Letham Farm XC" and know what it's like and if it's available for hire?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I think you can hire Balcarres in Colinsburgh.
