xc on green horse , good idea or bad ?

my horse is four she hasnt ever jumped a course however i have put her at jumps and logs and she has cleared them with out any issue ,and showed lots of scope over logs . she is very sensitive of the leg and i can very easily control the speed of her canter , ive galloped her alone in open space and she was fine and didnt get hotted up in any way .my friend has invited me to go xc with her just for fun ,nothing competitve at all and no complex or big jumps . based on the information given would you personally go ?

As long are she has a very good cross country horse that won't mind you following I can't see too much of a problem. And you really do stick to the easy stuff, it might also helps to get an instructor to come help on the day as well?
