Wivelsden Farm XC belongs to the Southdown East PC but is sited on a farmer's land. You cannot just turn up - best thing is to check with the branch if they have any schooling days coming up

I'm also interested in xc schooling in East Sussex - do let me know if you find anything of that height which is worth a trip!

Hale is just up the road - I think it is a bit tatty now but they do have a good range of little ones amongst the bigger ones. I think the property is up for sale so don't know how long it will be available.

Jackie Winchester, Farthing Saddlery in Three Cups has a tiny course for hire but may be too small for you.

Sorry haven't been to Hurstwood yet.

We did a trip over to East Bysshe near Godstone and there were masses of jumps there around your height, worth a journey if you can. x

thanks anyone
i think i might try hale farm
