Recently had a lesson with BE trainer Ann Bostock at MKEC - i was completely knackered afterwards but she managed to make me get round several XC jumps - my problem is I struggle to breathe and keep going round a course - this was the basis of the lesson. Lots of fun though...and my friend videoed some of it.
I have arranged another lesson with Ann at the end of August . I am trying to get him fit for the unaff 3 day but quite worried we won't make it round the XC course without me wearing an oxygen tank!!!
The warm up (or how to make me 'BREATHE'!)
