Xmas Costume Contest!!

I'm taking Molly to a Christmas fun show at my barn at uni and I was wondering if you all had some good costume ideas for us?

It is next Saturday so not a lot of time to get her used to a scary, flapping, costume. Any simple, Christmas themed costume ideas? I'm useless when it comes to creativity....

I have to organise all xmas costumes around wearing a riding hat and boots (won't let the kids ride without) so we have done the following:

Santa on his reindeer - Rider wearing santa costume (hat stretches over riding hat easily), black riding boots. Horse wears reindeer antlers fixed to headpiece of bridle, flashing red Rudolph nose attached to noseband, plenty of tinsel etc in tail

Christmas cowboy - riding gear in festive colours with fringed chaps, red cowboy hat big enough to squash onto riding hat, lots of decorations on the horse, including little bells

And this year we are going as the Boxing Day Meet - boys are both dressing up as huntsman and whip, with horns, hunting whips, a toy fox and a real hound
