Xterra Cream, where from?

My vet has just said the best thing for a small sarcoid is Xterra Cream. I've seen this mentioned but haven't needed it before, but all I have found so far as boards where it's discussed, which is fine, but I need to source some.

Has anyone got any pointers please?

Xterra Cream is the American trade name, I believe it's called Sarc-off over here.
