Hi all,
My 3 year old filly has been diagnosed today as having a sarcoid on her belly. It's about the size of half a ping pong ball, protruding outwards, having grown quite rapidly over summer... i just thought it was a sore from flies biting, and never got the vet out until now. Obviously don't feel great about my stupidity. The vet is performing surgery to remove it next week and the his plan is to then use XXTERRA cream.
I have no experience with sarcoids and therefore know nothing about their treatment.
So as a sarcoid newbie I am just looking for people's experience with this cream and sarcoid surgery or other treatments. Many thanks.
