I am looking to replace my current muckers as they have split again, I have tried the following to no avail!

- Woof Wear only lasted 6 months before splitting
- Lovesons made my feet sweat and the insoles went funny!
- Shires were a bit too tight and rubbed the back of my heel, also not enough room to wear thicker socks as I have wide feet!

I did have some years ago which lasted me a good couple of years but I cant remember what they were called - they had 3 velcro fastening straps and were really warm and fluffy even in the foot part. I think they were the original muckers!

Any ideas or suggestions for some nice warm and comfy boots to last me the winter? Also for under £50 - not much to ask I know but I'm after a good recommendation!

Chunk got muck booths for a tenner from HOYS!
Don't know if they are branded, I'll ask him late

I think the ones you mean are made by a company called Lakeland I always buy a pair off their stall at Olympia.

Another one for muck boots. I got mine about three years ago and they're still going strong. Wear them everyday to walk the dog and muck out in and they're tough and warm with a good grip. Well worth the money. If you shop around you could get them for just under £50.
