Yard - Chorley to Blackburn

Hi all! Put this in here as well as New Lounge. I'm looking for a yard anywhere around Chorley to Blackburn area (moving to Chorley and work in Blackburn). Must have services or even part livery, individual or small group turnout, good arena that is floodlit - and most importantly nice and friendly. Please, please help as I'm moving in the next 2 or 3 weeks!
