Zowee I cant believe that this time next week I will be tied up in a straight jacket while my horse mooches around eating grass.

So in preparation I treated myself to two lessons this week a flat and a lunge as I need to have bags of position confidence. Funny how my legs did all the right things on the lunge but defy me when I am alone on the beast!

This final week we will be swapping diet from Haylage to hay and a very nice friend gave me two bales of hay (well I suppose I did give her a horse about 10 years ago)!! So next week he will get a slice a day and end up on mostly hay by Friday.

I have started to bring 'stuff' home to sort through it so I only have my horse left by end of week.

I have invested in a purple feed stirrer because I consider this a vital piece of equipment and have bought Naf Magic Liquid and a pack of instant Magic syringes. The Jury is out on wether the Big Lump gets the Magic or I take it myself who knows:D

Haha, brilliant. I think the purple feed stirrer sounds an essential piece of kit, I myself was equally chuffed with my wooden spoon. This move sounds like it is being orchestrated with military precision - I hope it goes well. :)
