YARD NEEDED IN EAST KENT

Hi there, please can anyone help? I need a yard in the East Kent area - pref DIY/part livery for 2 horses? Needs to have a decent school, good all year turnout and be friendly with preferably other working people as im fed up of being the only one up before 8 and after 5!! Any help appreciated!! THANKS

East Kent so...Sandwich - Canterbury areas not Thanet as too far...but willing to consider any area if facilities good.

ah we are folkestone way, assume that's too far...shame as have spaces and shockingly some of us work!! Haven't got much knowledge of the sandwich/canterbury areas sorry.

Which yard in Folkestone? I guess it is a bit far.....what are your facilities like?!

Its in between hythe and folkestone, 2 mins from M20. Mixture of full/part liveries and DIY-ers. Rubber outdoor school which never floods/freezes, but unfortunately no flood lighting so early starts for those that work!! Hacking is ok but its near a town so no miles of cantering, but there are a few of us with transport that try to get out (when our horses stay sound

) Big plusses for me are that there is lots of turn out, all year round in large field. Not massess and masses of grass, but I'd rather have lots of space than lush postage stamp paddock. Also people are really nice, have been on a few yards with mentalist liveries and thankfully everyone at ours is normal!!!!

We have 2 stables spare - 5 mins from A2 at Lydden Hill on Sandwich side - good hacking area too.
