yard needed to rent in guildford/woking area

hi i am looking to rent a 8+ box yard with grazing it needs a school and water and electricity .
i know there are not many around but if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great,i can supply references as have been renting for 6 years.part of larger yard would be fine thanks
