Yard recommendations - Reading/surrounding

Hi all

I'm new to the forum and I'm about to move to Reading with work. I need to find somewhere to keep my horse.

Can anyone recommend a yard? I'm looking for a small yard, the ideal would be a private yard which has a spare stable. I'm too old to be bothered with yard politics. I don't need anything in the way of facilities, just a stable and a paddock. I do need a reasonable sized box (12x12) and individual turnout.

I'll be living and working just south of Reading, so I'm looking at the area south of the M4 I guess. Can travel up to 20 mins.

Any suggestions? Does anyone by any small chance have a stable and a paddock and wants a well behaved livery with a well behaved horse to keep them company?

Sorry I don't know that area too well but hope you manage to find somewhere sson?.

Have you looked at local tack shops?
Millwheel is a good one for having notice's up and arlene's?.....

Sure someone from that area will be able to help further.

hiya, could you tell me the name of the area you'll be living in and I will let you know some nearby yards. I live just outside Reading and horses are in Hurst but I've had them in a few different area.
