We're doing up a yard that we're hinking of renting out, and I have no idea kind of prices people charge!
Based in a nice area of the midlands.
On quite lanes, direct acess onto bridleways, inc circular route suitable to use in all weather/ ground conditions. Loads of off road hacking.
8 acres, split into 2acre and 6acre paddocks - post and rail fence, and automatic water trough.
Small yard, two stables (12x12) and secure tack/store room. Lean to for hay/bedding storage, and hard core area for trailer/car parking. Tap for water close to stables.
No electricity on sight.
So...what would you expect to pay for that?
Hope this isn't classed as advertising! Yard isn't finished yet and we're not even sure we will rent! Just nice to have an idea what we could expect to get for it.
